Reflections 24

The project "Reflections 24" tells about the experiences in connection with the beginning of a full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation into the territory of Ukraine. What we thought when something that seemed impossible happened - a war with a people who always called themselves kindred, but how we suddenly discovered that it was a lie. What do we feel towards hundreds of thousands and millions of our compatriots who have found themselves refugees in their native land or in prosperous and well-fed Europe?

The project is currently exhibited in the Mystetsky passage - a unique exhibition location in the center of Kyiv.

The photo was inspired by the famous painting "Cossack Sirko" - a charismatic representative of Ukrainian history. In the modern world, a Cossack is dressed in a military pixel and holds a machine gun instead of a saber, and instead of a good horse, a burned-out rashist's tank. This story is about the people who stopped and pushed back the iron armada of the "second army of the world", proving to the whole world that this is not a second army, but a bunch of scum, a horde that invaded our land and will be destroyed by the Ukrainian army.
